DESCRIPTION

Efficient and thorough cleanroom training is the cornerstone of a successful cleanroom operation. Working in a cleanroom is beyond sterility and cleanliness, as perceived by most people, so clear communication and understanding of the cleanroom environment and industry-specific concerns is worth and investment of time and resources.

Technical conditions for clean rooms
Clean room installation
Risks in the clean room
Tools and materials for use in the clean room
Clean room and personal protection
Filtration of pollution sources
Daily operation of the clean room
Errors that can be made during operation
Measurements, audit and certification
Phenomena of electrostatic charge in the clean room
ESD/ESD measurements in the clean room (surfaces prone to charging, electrostatic
attraction, possibilities to eliminate it)

INSTRUCTIONS

End of the training: Written exam,
practical exam (or just accountability)
Participants: Min: 1 pers, Max: 12 pers
Training length: 1, 2 or 3 days
Training support is provided by the instructor during the training, but there is an opportunity to purchase it. PCBs, tools and materials needed for practice are provided by the instructor, but it is also possible to use your own pcbs / tools / materials.
