DESCRIPTION

During the training, students will become familiar
with the production of connectors, cables and their
fittings, on a theoretical level, from design through
assembly to inspection.
The training can be enriched by a lot of touchable
examples and even practical demonstrations.

TOPIC

Introduction, official IPC policy and
procedures, preparation, assembly testing
Crimped connectors, IDC connectors
Soldered connectors
Connectors, spilling, injection molding
Wiring connection and splicing
Marking and labeling, harness fastening,
shielding, cable whip covers
Coaxial cable assemblies
Solder-free wire screw-on joints

INSTRUCTIONS

End of the training: Written exam,
oral exam (or just accountability)
Participants: Min: 1 pers, Max: 12 pers
Training length: 2 or 3 days
Training support is provided by the instructor during the training, but there is an opportunity to purchase it.
PCBs, tools and materials needed for practice are provided by the instructor,
but it is also possible to use your own pcbs / tools / materials.
